    Strange they have …
Strange they have been pulling oil out of the oil sands in Canada for years at huge profits, its seems your argument has no weight, while my hair is a bird.

    “For all the people …
“For all the people touting tar sands as a solution to the pending apocalypse of Peak Oil, a little experience with reality should help them understand that the books on energy are as cooked as the books of Enron, WorldCom and Halliburton. When business tells you there’s plenty of oil it is only to protect the financial markets. One more time Canada gets screwed as tar sands oil production proves to be a non-cost effective and environmentally destructive concept.” – ruppert

    the oil sands in …
the oil sands in canada use much more enegery than they produce. they should have no weight in your argument or point of view and should not detract from anything “these people” have said as you are commiting argument fallacy. and to SUPPORT MY CLAIMS:

    Firstly, I do not …
Firstly, I do not know if “peak oil” exists or does not exist. I have heard convincing arguments from people on both sides of the debate.

The creator of this video neglects to mention the impact the devaluing US dollar has on oil prices. Many sales of oil, particularly the sale of oil futures contracts, are conducted in US dollars. As the US Federal Reserve prints money, the value of the dollar declines. As a result, the price of oil increases. This has little to do with oil supplies.

    These are the same …
These are the same idiots who didn’t see the financial crisis coming probably, I take no stock in anything they ‘think’ is going to happen. the reality Is probably far worse than any of them are capable of contemplating.

I also notice no mention of the oil sands in Canada is made in this video, leaving them out of the equation makes this video very biased to the negative.

Peak was reached long ago. It was in the late 90’s. 2010 is laughable. The oil companies and govts just don’t want to tell anyone how bad it really is. They cover up everything.
