Feb. 26 (Bloomberg) — Jared Bernstein, chief economic adviser to Vice President Joe Biden, talks with Bloomberg’s Matt Miller and Carol Massar about today’s report showing the U.S. economy expanded at a 5.9 percent annual rate in the fourth quarter.
